Jacob & Libby's Rose Garden Wedding was absolutely beautiful...at the last second! It literally stopped raining and became sunny 30 minutes before their ceremony!! That is a God thing!
Their ceremony was small and family oriented. They had their mom's involved as well as their sweet little son!
